CSC Student-Assistance Fund

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, The Catholic Student Center at Washington University (CSC) has Student-Assistance Funds available to provide students with assistance with qualified personal expenses that may include rent, utilities, personal vehicle maintenance, healthcare, and emergency travel, or to pursue spiritual growth opportunities.

Undergraduate and graduate students who are registered and active members of the CSC community are eligible to apply.

Qualified students must first apply for financial support - for personal expenses - from Washington University and/or other resources and retain correspondence detailing financial support provided or denied. Potential WashU Student Resources are detailed in the linked application below. The outcome of these applications will influence funding provided by the CSC.

Mental Health Counseling

The CSC has a counselor available to support the mental health needs of our students. Sessions with the counselor are free to students and 100% confidential. If you're interested in meeting with the counselor or unsure if you are in need of this service, please contact a campus minister

Remember, mental health is part of your overall well-being, and it is normal and healthy to seek counseling services.

Our Daily Bread Food Pantry

Our Daily Bread provides supplemental food and personal hygiene items to undergraduate and graduate students of Washington University who are registered and active members of the Catholic Student Center (CSC).

Our Daily Bread is available by application/appointment. Students, accompanied by a CSC Campus Minister, will have the opportunity to select from our available inventory of canned and dry goods, bread, and personal hygiene items, every two weeks.

We receive most of our food donations through the generosity of the CSC friends and community. Products offered are dependent on availability, though we aim to meet the basic food needs of our users.
